This internship provides hands-on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on platform operations, technical support, and exploration of emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities
Help maintain system stability through user and group management, performance monitoring, and data operations
Serve as a first point of contact for end-user support
Troubleshoot incidents
Create documentation such as SOPs and user guides
Build dashboards and reports to support insights and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Students in IT-related degree programs attending a North Carolina college or university
North Carolina residents attending equivalent out-of-state institutions in IT-related degree programs
Some scripting knowledge
Curiosity about using AI to optimize workflows
Preferred
Preference is given to candidates who either reside in North Carolina or are within a three-hour commute of the assigned duty station for the internship
