Responsibilities

3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience

Experience with Medicaid, facility licensing and change of ownership, provider licensure and scope of practice, and the corporate practice of medicine

Excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as experience navigating sub-regulatory guidance such as board opinions, FAQs, and other interpretive documents

Prior experience working in a full-service law firm or sophisticated boutique firm is preferred
