As an intern with the product development team, you will gain exposure to user workflows, collaborate with clients to understand their needs, and engage in independent projects to present findings to senior management.

Responsibilities
Gain exposure to our users and their workflows
Understand how our product teams support FactSet's applications
Learn to ask effective questions in various situations to gather information and uncover user needs
Shadow product specialists to see how they partner with teams (UX design, engineering, quality assurance) and stakeholders to inspire the delivery of valued-based solutions as a team
Engage in independent projects and present your findings to the senior management team
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational, communication, troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
High level of motivation
Passion for technology and basic knowledge of financial markets
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Juniors in good academic standing (GPA 3.0 and above)
