Data-Specialized Full Stack Developer / Data Engineer
Peachtree Infrastructure is a fully integrated renewable-energy developer and asset manager that specializes in onsite solar and energy solutions. They are seeking a data-specialized full stack developer / data engineer to manage their IoT data platform, focusing on data pipelines and full stack feature development.
Responsibilities
Architect, build, and operate scalable IoT sensor ingestion pipelines into BigQuery, including batch and near-real-time write paths
Model and manage time-series data in BigQuery and operational data in Postgres (AlloyDB / Cloud SQL); own data quality, reliability, and observability
Build operational features and automated actions driven by IoT data using Cloud Run jobs and Cloud Workflows
Build full stack interfaces (Python/Flask or Node.js + Svelte/SvelteKit) that surface data and controls to users
Deploy on Cloud Run (serverless); own pipelines in production
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with a strong concentration in data engineering / data pipelines, plus full stack capability
Strong BigQuery (or comparable cloud data warehouse) experience: schema design, time-series modeling, query optimization
Expert SQL and solid PostgreSQL; proven ETL/ELT pipeline design and operation
IoT / time-series data ingestion at scale
Strong Python (Flask or other WSGI preferred) and Node.js; comfortable building full stack features with a modern frontend (Svelte/SvelteKit a plus)
Production cloud experience on GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL / AlloyDB); AWS/Azure transferable
Preferred
dbt or comparable data transformation tooling
Infrastructure-as-code; observability/monitoring for data pipelines
OAuth/SSO; Salesforce REST API
Energy, utilities, IoT, or industrial/operational-technology domain experience
