Student Loan Consultant
Juno is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Student Loan Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will work directly with borrowers to help them navigate managing and repaying their student debt, serving as a trusted advisor in federal repayment options and refinancing opportunities.

Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to review and evaluate their federal and private student loan repayment options
Clearly explain federal repayment programs including income-driven repayment (IDR) plans and loan forgiveness opportunities
Guide borrowers through pulling refinance offers via the Juno platform
Send timely follow-up communications after each meeting and support clients through the full application process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions
Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings as needed based on each borrower's situation and timeline
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of the student loan industry, including federal loan programs and repayment options
Familiarity with lending, banking, and refinancing — particularly in the student loan and personal lending space
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language
Self-motivated with strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Comfort working remotely with the ability to travel for business or training as needed
Preferred
Experience in a client-facing financial services or sales role preferred
Benefits
Variable Compensation: Performance-based, with an OTE of $100,000
Fully remote; Greater Pittsburgh Area candidates preferred, or willingness to travel for training and business needs
