Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Email & SMS marketing using Klaviyo
Develop and execute customer retention and revenue growth strategies
Create, optimize, and maintain automated flows, including:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart
Browse Abandonment
Post-Purchase
Win-Back
VIP & Loyalty Campaigns
Sunset & Re-engagement Campaigns
Build advanced audience segmentation and personalization strategies
Plan and execute weekly/monthly campaign calendars
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, offers, and send times
Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance best practices
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable growth recommendations
Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-converting email creatives
Manage SMS marketing campaigns and automation while ensuring compliance
Qualification
Required
Klaviyo Certified Professional (Certification required)
3+ years of Ecommerce Email & SMS Marketing experience
Proven track record of growing revenue through Klaviyo
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
Experience with Shopify and Ecommerce brands
Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation best practices
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
Experience with subscription-based Ecommerce brands
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and attribution models
Experience with customer retention and loyalty programs
