Responsibilities
Design and Deploy New Dynamics 365 Service Solutions
Build and Enhance Dynamics 365 Integrations and Automations
Establish Sustainable Dynamics Development and Governance Practices
Conduct Business Discovery and Requirements Gathering
Develop and Customize Dynamics 365 Components
Build Power Platform Solutions
Support Enterprise Integrations
Create Reporting and Analytics Capabilities
Lead Testing, Deployment, and Knowledge Transfer Activities
Continuously Evaluate and Integrate AI to Improve Performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development experience
Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, or Customer Engagement experience
Strong Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and integrations
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
Experience working remotely with distributed teams
Preferred
Banking, Credit Union, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience
