Responsibilities
Mid-level Scrum Master with project management and business analysis capabilities to support an enterprise IT service delivery engagement
This role will operate within a Microsoft 365–based environment that is evolving toward a ServiceNow-driven platform model
This individual will play an important role in guiding delivery execution while also helping the existing team and client adapt to a platform transition
The work involves moving from current intake, workflow, and contract automation solutions into a ServiceNow environment that will support legal service delivery and contract lifecycle management capabilities as part of a broader procure-to-pay transformation
The role requires a combination of delivery discipline, business analysis, technical awareness at a non-developer level, and the ability to lead change within an established team
Lead Agile delivery practices by facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain structured backlogs across enhancements, support work, and product initiatives, and help ensure consistent delivery cadence and accountability
Work with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements. Translate business needs into user stories and structured work items, and support process mapping and future-state design as systems evolve
Act as a change leader during the transition to ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
Mid-level Scrum Master with project management and business analysis capabilities
Experience in an enterprise IT service delivery engagement
Ability to operate within a Microsoft 365–based environment
Experience with ServiceNow-driven platform model
Guiding delivery execution and helping teams adapt to platform transitions
Experience moving from current intake, workflow, and contract automation solutions into a ServiceNow environment
