Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to internal clients on immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify
Review, oversee, and manage filings for non-immigrant and immigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, EB-1, etc.)
Conduct immigration research and distill findings into practical legal guidance
Partner with outside counsel and cross-functional teams to support business needs
Translate complex immigration law into clear and actionable recommendations
Support large-scale immigration operations at a strategic and tactical level
Qualification
Required
JD and active license to practice law in the U.S. jurisdiction where physically located
At least 3+ years of experience in business immigration law, ideally within the tech sector
Familiarity with high-volume filings and full visa suite: H-1B, L-1, PERM, EB-1s, etc
Strong legal writing, research, and project management skills
Experience working with outside counsel and large corporate clients via sophisticated law firm and/or in-house
