10+ years expSAPinsider is seeking a commercially driven Chief Analyst to lead our Research Services business, owning a $3M revenue portfolio while shaping market-leading insights across SAP ERP and the broader enterprise technology landscape. The Chief Analyst will lead a small team of senior analysts, engage directly with CIOs and senior technology leaders, and drive research, content, and event programming that fuels both audience growth and revenue performance.

Responsibilities
Own and deliver against a $3M annual revenue target across research products, sponsorships, and content programs
Lead and scale a high-impact research agenda aligned to SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE & GROW, cloud deployment, enterprise integration, data & AI, cybersecurity, and supply chain transformation
Build and maintain executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise architects across the SAP ecosystem
Serve as a visible thought leader: speak at global events, moderate panels, and conduct executive interviews
Translate market insights into high-value content across reports, webinars, events, and digital channels
Lead and mentor a team of 2 senior analysts and grow the team from there while leveraging AI-enabled research and content workflows to increase output and efficiency
Partner closely with sales and marketing to drive client value, retention, and growth
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years in enterprise technology, with strong SAP ERP expertise (S/4HANA, cloud transformation, or adjacent domains)
Proven ownership of a revenue-bearing product, research, or advisory function
Strong executive presence with experience engaging CIO/C-level stakeholders
Experience translating complex technology topics into commercially valuable insights
Background in research, advisory (e.g., Gartner/IDC/Forrester, Everest Group), media, or enterprise tech leadership roles
Comfortable operating as both strategist and hands-on contributor
Desire to travel globally to SAPinsider events
