Responsibilities
Drive Brand Growth: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our award-winning Personal Empowerment and Self Growth Training courses
Build Community & Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with prospective clients through authentic brand storytelling
Lead and Mentor a Driven Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of motivated professionals to achieve and exceed strategic goals
Achieve and Exceed Growth Targets: Take ownership of expansion goals and consistently strive to surpass expectations
Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute strategic campaigns to penetrate new markets and expand reach
Strategic Market Forecasting: Manage marketing activities, take ownership of market trends, and stay on top of growth metrics. *Systems and tools provided.*
Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our training courses to effectively communicate their value proposition and brand promise
Embrace Continuous Improvement: Learn from challenges, adapt to business and market dynamics, and contribute to a progressive team culture
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6+ years of proven professional experience in a marketing leadership role, brand management, or related field
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in an independent capacity
