As a Clinical Manager, you will support the successful use of AirLife products through clinician training, product evaluations, and customer interactions, while also conducting research and developing the company’s strategic evidence plan.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities
Participation in the creation of AirLife’s evidence plan
Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
Provides technical expertise and training to other departments
Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met including deployment of user trials or pilot sales programs
Conducts research on product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality based on customer feedback
Conducts Customer and AirLife product training on-site and at trade shows
Focus on achieving our Company mission
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety
Inspire the trust of others; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace the value of diversity

Required

Understanding of respiratory disease states
Clinical application of AirLife products
Familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments
A solid understanding of the field of Respiratory Care and the application of therapies
Minimal 5 years clinical experience
10 years preferred
Critical Care experience required
Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, Anesthesia Technician
Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills
Prior training experience a plus
Computer proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
Professional license
>70% travel
