Salesforce Scrum Master
Crew is a company that helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and business process improvement. They are seeking a Salesforce Scrum Master who will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, enable team productivity, and drive continuous improvement in Agile practices.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure ceremonies are time-boxed, purposeful, and yield actionable outcomes
Maintain sprint cadence and team rhythm across the delivery lifecycle
Shield the team from unplanned scope and external interruptions during active sprints
Identify, track, and escalate impediments that cannot be resolved at the team level
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices
Support the client Product Owner in backlog refinement and story readiness, without owning backlog prioritization
Maintain sprint boards, velocity tracking, and burndown charts in Jira
Provide sprint health reporting to the Program Manager
Flag delivery risks arising from team capacity, story quality, or dependency blockers
Communicate sprint status to the PM - the Scrum Master does not independently manage client-facing status reporting
Lead retrospectives with a structured format and ensure action items are tracked and addressed
Drive team maturity in Agile practices over the course of the engagement
Recommend process adjustments based on sprint data and team feedback
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale, business-side projects
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience
Experience in Project Management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage diverse, distributed teams
Ability to work with offshore and onshore team models
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook, and SharePoint
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
