Responsibilities

Conducts detail customer and product impact analysis for a single product, experience and/or line of business. Typically provides analysis and data to the Product Owner to assist with prioritization and decision making
Participates in usability research and reviews results with Digital Product Managers and/Owners. Provides input to User Experience team in the development of wireframes and prototypes
Conducts competitive analysis on customer digital product landscape and business segment specific competitors at the direction of the Product Manager or Product Owner. Provides results for others to review and use
Conducts current state business landscape analysis including people, process, technology assessments, plus future state business analysis. Provides findings to Product Manager and/or Product Owner and agile team
Keeps up on the latest digital trends as well as customer needs and behaviors
Works with the Digital Product Owner to detail and deliver requirement artifacts
May perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required

Undergraduate studies in business administration, user experience, process engineering or related subject matter
Typically, five or more years of demonstrated experience in conducting discovery and analysis activities for customer-facing digital solutions
Proven experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management/owner principles
Proven understanding of internet technologies and website management
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and present findings concisely and effectively
Ability to work in a matrix environment and take direction from multiple sources
Able to set work priorities, timeframes and accomplish a task in the most effective manner
