Responsibilities

Lead paid social planning and reporting across all major social platforms
Develop and refine campaign strategies and optimization recommendations in partnership with social media managers and internal stakeholders
Manage and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on paid social best practices, representing the channel in cross-functional conversations about new approaches and business objectives
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across functions, bringing strong relationship management to every engagement

Required

8+ years of experience in paid social, with demonstrated expertise across the major platforms
Senior-level experience managing and developing teams
Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy from the start — this team needs a self-starter who can assess the landscape quickly and get to work
A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves — recent, hands-on platform experience is essential
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working cross-functionally and in global environments

Preferred

Experience in financial services is a plus
