The role involves collaborating on conceptual designs, producing construction and permit drawings, and managing client and project responsibilities across various landscape projects.

Responsibilities

Attend scoping meetings with clients

Prepare fee proposals

Client coordination

Review project billing

Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers and oversee the development of design packages including:

Landscape Plans

Irrigation Plans

Hardscape Plans

Site Amenity Plans

Prepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimates

Review Inspection reports

Provide quality control reviews of work products

Qualification

Required

15 years of professional experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university

Minimum 15 years' related experience with current licensure

Must understand the relationship between design and constructability

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
