Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to explore ideas and prototype solutions
Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets using Python, SQL, and Spark-based technologies
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows
Develop and optimize machine learning models for classification, prediction, clustering, and related tasks
Support research initiatives through experimentation and data-driven analysis
Implement scalable data science solutions following software engineering best practices
Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted workflows to improve data science processes
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards
Translate technical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
MS degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
1+ years of professional industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation techniques
Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning methods including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble models
Hands-on experience with Python and at least one of the following: Scala, Java, or R
Experience working with SQL, Spark, or large-scale data processing systems
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with NLP, text analytics, or LLM-based workflows is considered a strong plus
