Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
Design and configure enterprise solutions to meet client business needs
Lead or participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing
Develop and deliver training materials and client documentation
Provide subject matter expertise on domain-specific processes and workflows
Support clients during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Manage client relationships and communicate project status effectively
