Entry LevelDynamic Systems (DSI), LLC is seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to assist in their Houston office and various job sites. The role involves handling day-to-day IT issues, setting up equipment, and providing support for senior IT staff while traveling between locations as needed.

Responsibilities
Fix basic computer issues (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
Respond to IT tickets and help users with day-to-day problems
Travel between office and shop locations to provide support
Set up new computers, devices, and equipment
Help troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
Work in shop environments supporting workstations, tool controllers, and shop systems
Act as “remote hands” for senior IT or outside vendors
Help with employee setup (new hires, equipment, accounts)
Track and manage IT equipment inventory
Go to job sites in the Houston area when needed
Qualification
Required
Basic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365)
Dependable and able to get the job done
Comfortable working in shop/industrial environments
Able to follow direction and work through tickets
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Able to lift and move equipment when needed
Valid driver's license and able to travel locally
Preferred
1+ year of IT support experience
CompTIA A+ or similar certification
Experience working in a shop or field environment
