Responsibilities
Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities that support multiple product domains
Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
Translating complex business and technical needs into clear product outcomes and priorities
Driving continuous improvement through data‑informed decisions, experimentation, and customer insight
Communicating direction, progress, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders across the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven product leadership within platform, infrastructure, or core services environments
Substantial experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps for highly technical domains
Demonstrated ability to work with distributed engineering teams and complex stakeholder groups
Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance short‑term delivery and long‑term platform health
Clear, inclusive communication skills and a collaborative, outcomes‑focused mindset
