Responsibilities
Articulate intricate technical architectures, trade-offs, and project risks into digestible, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, product managers, and executive leadership
Align developers directly with product managers, QA, and business stakeholders during backlog refinements and sprint planning sessions to validate needs early and ensure mutual understanding
Qualification
Required
8+ years of full-stack web development experience
Strong experience with C#/.NET Core
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and TypeScript
Experience with SPA architecture and responsive design
Familiarity with RESTful services and API design
Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, JWT authentication frameworks
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Experience in designing modular, future-ready applications optimized for [AWS/Azure/GCP], capable of handling growing workloads with minimal technical debt
Experience integrating AI/ML into applications (recommendations, automation, personalization)
Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, chat interfaces, summarization)
Understanding prompt engineering
Knowledge of Responsible AI practices (fairness, privacy, transparency)
Familiarity with telemetry and analytics platforms to drive data insights
