Qualification
Required
Must Reside within the United States
Foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret basic financial concepts and explain them clearly to clients
Knowledge in Financial Services, including familiarity with industry practices, products, and regulatory considerations
Background or interest in Insurance, including the ability to compare options and help clients evaluate coverage needs
Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, clear communication, and timely follow-up
Comfort with remote work tools, basic proficiency in office software, and strong organizational and time-management abilities
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in financial advising or related roles is a plus
Relevant education or certifications in finance, business, or a related field are preferred but not strictly required with equivalent experience
