Responsibilities
Lead hands-on Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Review code and enforce best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
Own and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release processes
Drive the roadmap for system performance, scalability, and overall platform health
Support production operations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with cross-functional teams
Monitor system performance and proactively address risks, vulnerabilities, and technical debt
Evaluate Salesforce platform updates and assess impact across the environment
Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and automation workflows
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
Experience with integrations and middleware in cloud-based environments
Proven track record supporting production environments and resolving complex issues
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Flosum)
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and design patterns
Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Service Cloud preferred)
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred
