Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for company-wide operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities
Partner with executive leadership to develop operational strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and support long-term business planning
Lead cross-functional projects involving operations, technology, compliance, finance, customer experience, and external partners
Evaluate existing workflows and operating procedures, identifying areas where efficiency, scalability, and coordination can be improved
Establish operational metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, measure outcomes, and support decision-making
Drive accountability across teams by ensuring projects, initiatives, and operational priorities are executed effectively and delivered on schedule
Oversee process documentation, internal operating standards, escalation procedures, and governance practices to support a consistent operating environment
Work closely with product and technology teams to support operational readiness for new products, platform enhancements, and business initiatives
Support partner management efforts by improving onboarding processes, communication frameworks, and ongoing operational collaboration
Identify operational risks, process gaps, and organizational challenges, and develop practical solutions to address them
Build and mentor operational talent while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Prepare executive-level updates, business reviews, and operational recommendations for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, financial services, fintech, banking, payments, technology, or related industries
Previous experience leading business operations, strategy and operations, operational transformation, or large-scale cross-functional programs
Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions
Strong understanding of operational design, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and performance management
Experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing decision-making across multiple departments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, business metrics, and performance trends
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and business reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution and operational leadership
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar platforms is beneficial
