Facilitating enrollment in suitable plans

Conducting training sessions for new members

Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential members effectively
Familiarity with Healthcare systems, services, or products, as well as a foundational understanding of Medicine
Capable of Training members and providing clear, concise explanations about plan offerings and benefits
Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and remote work
Passion for helping communities access affordable healthcare options
Ability to work independently, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach
Preferred
Experience or certification in EMT or related healthcare fields is highly beneficial
