Responsibilities
Source and develop new borrower relationships
Manage an active pipeline of real estate investment loans
Guide clients through the full loan origination process from initial inquiry to closing
Prospecting and networking with investors and developers
Analyzing loan requests
Collaborating with underwriting on deal structures
Presenting financing options that align with Spreo Capital’s credit guidelines
Coordinating with internal teams and third parties to obtain documentation
Resolving issues and ensuring timely closings
Monitoring market trends
Providing feedback to improve products and processes
Upholding high standards of compliance, transparency, and client service
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in Loan Origination, including managing a pipeline and closing $4MM+ per month
Strong background in loan screening, structuring and property valuation
Solid foundation in Finance, including cash flow analysis, DSCR calculations, and understanding of real estate investment metrics
Proven experience working with bridge, renovation, construction, and/or DSCR loan products for investors or developers
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to client relationships
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in lending
