Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments
Implement and manage core Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services
Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premises environments to Azure
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
Monitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure-native tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud)
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement best practices
Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Information Systems or related field
Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Associate
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and architecture
Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPNs, subnets, NSGs, load balancing)
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
3-5 years experience in cloud engineering, systems administration, or a related role
Prior Experience with Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI and Copilot 360
Prior Experience with identity and access management, particularly Azure Active Directory
Prior Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
Experience with hybrid environments (on premises + Azure)
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
Experience with monitoring and logging tools in Azure ecosystems
Exposure to cost optimization and FinOps practices
