Produce clear, engaging, and accurate written content for a variety of channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, and internal documents
Research assigned topics, organize information, and draft original copy that aligns with brand voice and project objectives
Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to refine content, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines
Revise existing materials for clarity and consistency, optimizing content for digital platforms, and ensuring all work adheres to applicable guidelines and standards
Manage multiple assignments at once, communicate progress proactively, and contribute ideas to improve content quality and workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats
Experience creating digital content (e.g., web articles, social media posts, newsletters) and familiarity with basic content optimization for online platforms
Proficient research skills, including the ability to synthesize information from credible sources and translate complex topics into accessible language
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines while handling multiple projects
Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment using digital communication and project management tools
Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and openness to constructive feedback and revision
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
