Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise
Work with developers, application owners, end-users and security as needed to provide support towards Secure Email solutions for the enterprise
Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues in a complex environment
Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email related issues
2+ years' Experience working with email security tools like SaaS or similar
Preferred
2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
