Responsibilities
Develop and implement cloud infrastructure for applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloud
Analyze applications and provide recommendations for platform migration, deployment into a cloud environment, and optimization
Provide strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization, and benefit analyses for cloud, cloud-agnostic, and on-premises services
Manage policies for cloud service usage, new technology requests, and ensure the establishment of a secure cloud environment
Ensure appropriate availability and uptime design for cloud services
Work independently to design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software
Debug cloud stacks and manage cloud infrastructure
Platform governance by enforcing compliance frameworks following Security Assessment and Authorization (SAA)
Maintain ATO compliance and remediation of security findings throughout the accreditation process for infrastructure, platform and application components
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in cloud architecture and cloud service delivery models
Strong analytical skills to provide recommendations for cloud migration and deployment
Ability to manage cloud policies and ensure secure cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Bachelors required
Minimum 8 years experience
Must possess active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this role
