SNR Construction is seeking a detail-oriented QA Test Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of their software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
Execute manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle
Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before production release
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and Agile ceremonies
Maintain testing documentation, test results, and quality metrics
Assist in developing and improving QA processes and best practices
Support production deployments and post-release validation activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestComplete
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
Knowledge of SQL and database testing
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
ISTQB or other QA-related certifications
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
