They are seeking a Deal Research & Market Intelligence Intern for the summer, who will be responsible for building the prospect and lead infrastructure, identifying businesses, enriching leads, and preparing deal materials while gaining valuable exposure to live calls with business owners.

Responsibilities
Identifying owner-operated businesses across target sectors
Enriching and qualifying leads using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Pitchbook
Helping prepare the deal materials that go directly in front of institutional buyers
Sitting in on live calls with business owners
Qualification
Required
A junior, senior, or MBA student in finance, economics, data science, or business
Strong analytical and research instincts — you know how to find information that isn't handed to you
Solid Excel skills; Python is a bonus
Clear written communication — your work goes into PE-facing materials
Genuine curiosity about entrepreneurship, small business, and private markets
