Zapier and n8n workflow automation
API integrations between third-party platforms
CRM setup, customization, and automation
AI integrations and prompt-based workflows
Document automation and OCR data extraction from PDFs, invoices, forms, and other documents
React-focused full-stack development
Backend/database work with SQL, MongoDB, and Node.js
Internal dashboards, client portals, and custom web applications
Testing, troubleshooting, and improving existing workflows or systems
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks
Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party platforms
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms
Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Node.js, or general backend development
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and communicate clearly
Comfortable working remotely on part-time or freelance contract projects
Adaptive mindset and willingness to learn new tools quickly
Preferred
Experience with AI tools, OCR, CRM systems, or workflow automation is a strong plus
A Computer Science degree is preferred but not required
