5+ years expSovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Director of Data Repository Interfaces and Reporting to lead data repository efforts, data extracts, reporting, and system integrations within the data integrity team. This role is crucial for providing solutions that hospitals need to navigate the future of healthcare, requiring deep healthcare data knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities
Manages the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of data across the PHS data network and solution set
Manages internal and external resources and partners to ensure data analytics and system integration aligns with the PHS business values
Has deep healthcare data knowledge and expertise and can serve as a data expert within the PHS team
Leads the development and advancement of PHS data assets
Serves as data analytics SME within the PHS team and with other internal and external stakeholders
Support services of implementations, maintenance and monitoring of data projects and integration services
Deep expertise in Cerner Reporting, machine learning, statistical data processing, and data science methods and the mathematical theories underlying these tools used to analyze data
Maintains current knowledge on the use of informatics tools in data analytics, clinical decision support
Works with knowledge architects, informaticians and clinicians with PHS, and external partners to develop and deploy applications to bring analytic solutions to nontechnical users and clients
Provides deep data insights for complex business problems that can be approached with analytics techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from structured and unstructured data
Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of integration efforts and data collection to executive members and staff
Interprets healthcare data and technology advancements to conceptualize and develop areas where data and analytics can drive operating efficiencies and profitability for internal and external stakeholders
Functions independently and initiates judgment in handling delegated responsibilities
Support new applications implementations by providing data expertise, guidance, and feedback during strategic meetings and presentations
Advises leadership about shared data and reporting opportunities

Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, or related field required
Preferred
5 years project management experience preferred
Master's degree in data science preferred
