Responsibilities
Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends
Provide tailored coaching to senior leaders and high-potential talent, fostering growth, resilience, and organizational agility
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, integrating emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) for business impact
Build and mentor high-performing technology teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Partner with executive leadership, clients, and partners to drive alignment and achieve transformational goals
Oversee technology risk management, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to optimize technology operations and leadership development outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in senior technology roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, etc.) with a proven record of driving technology strategy and digital transformation
Certification or substantial experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational consulting
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable business strategies
Strong track record of developing talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering inclusive cultures
Experience leading organizations through large-scale transformation and managing stakeholder expectations
Superior presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels
