Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve deliverable quality
Assess outputs for investment logic, storytelling effectiveness, and fundraising readiness
Qualification
Required
Strong background in fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or investment banking
Expertise in evaluating pitch decks, investment materials, financial projections, and fundraising narratives
Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative documentation platforms
Ability to assess complex investor-facing artifacts with consistency and precision
Clear written communication and strong analytical judgment
Preferred
Experience preparing or reviewing fundraising materials, board presentations, or investment memoranda
Exposure to capital raising, venture financing, M&A, or strategic finance activities
Advanced academic or professional credentials in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines
