UAT Quality Analysts
Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced UAT Quality Analyst to support enterprise testing initiatives within a healthcare payer environment. The role involves planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts while collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead UAT planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution activities across multiple initiatives
Develop UAT strategies, test plans, timelines, and resource plans
Coordinate business stakeholders and testing participants to ensure successful execution
Facilitate defect triage, issue resolution, status reporting, and readiness reviews
Partner with project managers, business teams, and technology teams to drive testing outcomes
Monitor testing progress, risks, dependencies, and overall readiness for implementation
Ensure UAT activities are aligned with project timelines and business objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
Healthcare payer experience required
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
Experience coordinating business users through testing cycles and implementation readiness
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or UAT Lead background preferred
Experience with Cambia Health Solutions
Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations, including plans such as Regence BlueShield, Premera Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, or other Blue Cross/Blue Shield affiliates
Prior experience supporting healthcare payer implementations, business transformations, or enterprise application projects
