Responsibilities
Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization
Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner
Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems
Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta
Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform
Qualification
Required
Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization

Administer and maintain Okta for user lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization
Configure and customize Slack for team communication and integrate it with other tools
Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites such as Google
Jira Service Management for ticketing
Preferred
Working towards or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with MacOS and Chromebooks
Familiarity with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace
Technical Skills: Understanding of operating systems, networking, enterprise productivity tools, and identity management
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage tasks meticulously and ensure accuracy
