Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the company’s blockchain and Web3 strategy
Build and oversee blockchain-related products, infrastructure, and digital ecosystem initiatives
Identify opportunities for innovation across decentralized applications, digital platforms, and scalable technology solutions
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth and expansion planning
Establish strategic partnerships within the blockchain and emerging technology sectors
Oversee technical teams, external partners, and product development initiatives
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and evolving market opportunities
Support the growth and operational setup of the Miami subsidiary
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience within blockchain, fintech, digital infrastructure, or emerging technology sectors
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contract ecosystems, and decentralized technologies
Experience managing cross-functional technical and operational teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to scale technology initiatives globally
Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills
Preferred
Experience in startup, growth-stage, or international expansion environments is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields preferred
