Sharepoint Developer
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Sharepoint Developer to join one of their top clients for a fully remote opportunity in California. This role involves migrating and optimizing SharePoint environments within a large utility district, supporting enterprise-level content management and workflow automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead the migration of SharePoint 2016 content to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and OpenText Documentum D2, including planning, execution, validation, and governance alignment
Partner with business units to review existing content, determine retention/disposition strategies, and document migration, archive, or deletion decisions
Analyze, redesign, and migrate legacy SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance testing
Develop new Power Automate workflows based on business requirements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
Execute comprehensive migration validation, quality assurance, reconciliation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate development
5+ years delivering enterprise-level SharePoint migration projects
Experience completing at least three SharePoint on-prem (2013/2016/2019) migration projects within the last five years
Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools and migration methodologies
Proven experience migrating SharePoint Designer 2013 workflows to Power Automate
