The Fractional CFO will analyze client financials to identify healthcare and insurance cost-saving opportunities and present recommendations to business owners and individual clients.

Responsibilities
Analyze client financials to identify healthcare and insurance cost-saving opportunities
Review financial statements and expense reports
Model potential savings and present clear recommendations to business owners and individual clients
Develop and refine financial frameworks for cost reduction
Support implementation plans and track realized savings over time
Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize financial strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Provide periodic performance updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong finance foundation, including experience in Finance and Financial Planning to support strategic cost reduction initiatives
Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for small businesses and individuals
Advanced Analytical Skills to model scenarios, quantify savings, and translate complex financial data into practical recommendations
Experience advising clients on cost optimization, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or benefits-related domains
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced credentials (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) are a plus
Proven track record as a CFO, controller, or senior financial consultant, preferably in a fractional or advisory capacity
Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment with the ability to manage multiple client engagements independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial strategies to non-financial stakeholders
High ethical standards and commitment to a mission-driven, people-focused approach to financial and healthcare solutions
