EVM Analyst, Mid

Responsibilities
Independently develop earned value products that directly support critical and innovative Air Force technologies
Work with key program stakeholders to review earned value data and assess contract performance to directly influence a successful project execution
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards
Influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) consistent with the application of principles within EIA-748
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualizations
Knowledge of Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and the DID for the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
Ability to present data clearly and concisely
Ability to assess project earned value data and generate metrics as requested by supporting organizations such as cost and schedule performance indices (CPI/SPI), variance analyses, and resource projections, including FTEs, hours, and materials
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with aerospace or defense industries
Experience with EVM and scheduling tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra or OPP, Acumen, and Encore Analytics
Experience with relevant Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition practices and DCMA EVMs guidelines
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
