Senior LevelRele is an early-stage startup focused on returning human interaction to social media. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to build their audience and influencer marketing from the ground up as they prepare for their product launch in Q3 2026.

Responsibilities
Champion company initiatives to develop new user audiences
In collaboration with the leadership team, prepare a plan for product launch and pathway to the first 1,000 and 10,000 users
Identify existing communities with growing userbases (clubs, charities, interests) to target for platform adoption
Leverage existing social media platforms to attract new users to our platform
Identify potential super users and create a feedback loop
Develop social metrics for success
In conjunction with other team members, help ensure optimal brand positioning on the platform and related collateral
Conduct market research / competitive analysis and share results with the leadership team
Participate in venture capital pitches, as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be committed to proactive communication and a genuine, independent desire to make the world a better place
Focus is on launching and gaining traction for a community platform
