They are seeking a Board Level Member with institutional capital access and governance experience to help advance the platform toward institutional scale.

Responsibilities

Engaging a small number of Board Level Members with institutional capital access, governance experience, and strategic market insight

Extending Board Level positions in connection with the platform's current financing round

Operating at the intersection of institutional capital, real asset markets, and strategic governance

Bringing together individuals with experience across institutional real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, and board-level governance

Providing strategic oversight of institutional capital relationships, allocation frameworks, and investment governance

Engaging at the board-level with digital asset infrastructure, alternative investment platforms, or emerging capital market structures
