Education Research, Financial Aid Optimization Analyst

Support project work streams utilizing analytic tools, established methodologies, and innovative modeling techniques to implement comprehensive, data driven financial aid strategies
Collaborate with client staff and senior engagement teams while contributing meaningful analysis that informs institutional decision making
Qualification
Required
Current U.S. work authorization required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience
Strong analytical reasoning skills, including proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
Preferred
Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize performance
Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Comfortable using emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, strengthen analysis, support research, and enhance communication, while applying sound judgment, data stewardship, and appropriate human review
