Configure and maintain Epic Beaker CP/AP modules
Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Support laboratory workflows, test catalogs, and result reporting
Perform system testing, upgrades, and enhancements
Troubleshoot application and interface issues
Provide end-user support and training
Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, and IT stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
3+ years of Epic Beaker experience
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and LIS systems
Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and system support
Preferred
Epic Beaker CP and/or AP Certification preferred
HL7/interface knowledge
Healthcare IT implementation experience
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Epic Beaker CP/AP Certification (Preferred/Required)
