Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support performance tracking
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Support revenue cycle operations by resolving issues and optimizing workflows
Drive process standardization and reporting consistency across teams
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

Qualification
Required
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or data analytics (2–5+ years preferred)
Strong proficiency in SQL (required)
Strong proficiency in Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements
Strong attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
