The role requires deep functional expertise in D365 Warehouse Management and involves leading or contributing to D365 go-live stabilization under compressed timelines.

Deep functional expertise in D365 Warehouse Management — Basic and/or Advanced WMS configuration
Demonstrated experience redirecting over-customized or over-engineered WMS builds back to OOB best practice
Prior experience leading or contributing to D365 go-live stabilization under compressed timelines
Strong client-facing communication skills — able to present to both warehouse operations staff and executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on D365 SCM / Finance & Operations implementation experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
Basic Warehouse Management (WMS)
Two warehouse/distribution center locations in scope
Active implementation — design complete, currently in testing phase
Deep functional expertise in D365 Warehouse Management — Basic and/or Advanced WMS configuration
Demonstrated experience redirecting over-customized or over-engineered WMS builds back to OOB best practice
Prior experience leading or contributing to D365 go-live stabilization under compressed timelines
Strong client-facing communication skills — able to present to both warehouse operations staff and executive stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with both Basic and Advanced WMS — including knowledge of where Basic WMS capability ceiling exists
Familiarity with cartonization and packing efficiency concepts in D365 SCM
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification
