Responsibilities
Administration, operational support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the client's enterprise monitoring and infrastructure automation environment
Serve as the primary operational owner for the Nagios XI Enterprise Monitoring platform
Support heterogeneous server environments, enterprise monitoring platforms, IT service management processes, infrastructure automation, and operational reporting
Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and operationalize scripts and automation routines using technologies such as Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL, JSON, YAML, and related tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in cloud operations or DevOps leadership
7+ years of experience with AWS and Azure
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM)
Experience in incident management, production operations, and service reliability
Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud engineering teams
Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Preferred
AWS and/or Azure certifications
Experience in multi-cloud environments
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
