Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, including inventory control, product distribution, and order fulfillment
Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper rotation, storage, and product availability
Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational procedures
Optimize warehouse staffing, scheduling, and workflows to improve productivity and control labor costs
Review service and delivery frequencies to support sales growth while maintaining customer satisfaction
Oversee facility maintenance, including repairs, housekeeping, and security
Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with all company policies
Collaborate with operations and service teams to support overall business objectives
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to warehouse activities

Required

Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational procedures

Review service and delivery frequencies to support sales growth while maintaining customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to warehouse activities
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience
Experience in warehouse operations, facilities, military, or support services environments
Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operational procedures, and manuals
Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred

Union experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
